Decent 'applique murale', slow support

I bought an 'applique murale industrielle' for my living room. The light itself is fine, good value for the price. It looks exactly as pictured. Shipping was okay, took 8 days to get here. My only minor issue was when I tried to track my order; the link wasn't updating right away. I emailed customer service, and it took them three days to get back to me. Not ideal, but the item did show up. So, good product, just wish support was a bit quicker.

Reliable choice for 'luminaires scandinaves'

This isn't my first time ordering from Shop Luminaires. I've bought 'luminaires scandinaves' and some 'lampes de bureau' from them before. This time I got a new 'suspension'. Like my previous orders, it arrived on time and was exactly as described. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. Always well-packaged and the quality is dependable. They're a solid option.

Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered a 'lampe de table' and an 'applique murale design' a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was smooth enough, found what I wanted pretty quick. Delivery to my place in Florida took about 12 days, which was a little longer than I expected for an online store, but not a deal-breaker. Both lights arrived well-packaged, no damage. The quality of the materials for the table lamp is solid, feels sturdy. The design wall light looks just like the pictures, maybe even better in person. Installation was straightforward for the wall light; it came with clear instructions. I had a quick question about bulb compatibility, and customer service responded via email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, happy with the purchase, just factor in the shipping time.

Great value on 'lampes à poser'

I was looking for some new 'lampes à poser' for my bedroom and stumbled upon Shop Luminaires. They had a 'promo appliques murales' going on, and I managed to snag a good deal on two. I signed up for the newsletter for the first-time buyer discount too, which helped. The final price was much better than other sites I checked. Shipping was free, which is always a plus. It felt like I got a really good bang for my buck. Very satisfied with the savings.
